Refund Policy

Summary
PolicyForge offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all $9 document purchases. If you are unhappy with your generated documents for any reason, email support@getpolicyforge.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
What You're Buying
For $9, you receive a generated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service document pair, delivered instantly on the success page after payment. The free preview before checkout shows the first portion of the documents so you can evaluate quality before you pay.
When a Refund Applies
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The documents failed to generate or deliver after payment
- The generated content has technical errors that render it unusable
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the documents
- You purchased in error
How to Request a Refund
Email support@getpolicyforge.com within 7 days of purchase and include:
- The email address used at checkout
- The last 4 digits of the card used, or the Stripe receipt number
- A brief note about the reason (optional, but helpful for improving the Service)
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 7-Day Window
After 7 days, purchases are generally non-refundable because the documents are a digital product delivered in full at the time of sale. We may still consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for verifiable technical issues — please contact support.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us first — we respond quickly and will usually resolve the issue without a chargeback. Disputing a legitimate charge instead of contacting support may result in a ban from future use of the Service.
